Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States.

All in stock items will be shipped within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).

Orders over $75.00 will ship free via UPS Ground (some ground orders may be shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail). Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will not be eligable for free shipping.

Other shipping options available will be UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. These options will be charged at their normal fees and are not eligable for free shipping.

Damaged Shipment

If your ordered products are damaged during shipment, you must contact Part Of The Action so we can file a claim within 48 hours. Packages damaged in shipment must be saved along with packing material until the carrier can inspect the package.

Tracking

When your package is shipped, an e-mail with the tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address supplied during check out. Part Of The Action is not responsable for lost or stolen packages.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Part Of The Action is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can request an exchange or full refund by simply following the requirements listed below: 

• Returns/Exchanges must be pre-authorized. Please click on the RMA link and fill out the form to receive an RMA number which must be included with the return/exchange
• Include a copy of your receipt along with all included items (manual, warranty cards, cables, etc.) and original packaging in original condition
• Returns/Exchanges must be shipped within 30 days from date of purchase with a valid RMA number
• Product must be in its original unused condition
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please ship the merchandise back to Part Of The Action with the freight prepaid and insured for the full value of the returned product

Store Policies

Sales Tax

Part Of The Action collects sales tax only on orders being shipped to an address within the state of New York, as required by law. Shipping charges are not taxed.

Warranty Info and Repair Service

All of our cameras and accessories are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The duration of the various manufacturers’ warranties varies from company to company and from product to product. Please see the product description and the actual manufacturer’s warranty enclosed with your product for more information. It is the customer's responsibility to register their product with the manufacturer to ensure proper coverage.
